convenient location fresh fruit
i found the location to be quite convenient. the staff was also helpful with directions and local recommendations. the breakfast had a good variety of pastries and fresh fruit.

A Gem of a Hotel Experience!
rose petals elegant decor cozy atmosphere
The Hemsley Suite was pretty good for our anniversary! The staff were so thoughtful. They scattered rose petals around the room. The decor was fine, really luxurious and elegant. The attention to detail created a sophisticated and cozy atmosphere.
The sound insulation was not great. I could hear footsteps from the room above during the night.

The hotel is located close to a bus stop and the seafront. It is very near a major pier. The area around the hotel looks very beautiful. I enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood near the hotel.

The staff provided friendly service. I easily arranged romantic enhancements for my stay (it was a nice surprise). The room included everything needed for a comfortable visit.
My room's sound insulation was poor. I heard every footstep and creak from the couple upstairs at night. The fridge in my room did not work. I consider this a minor issue.

The dramatic decor made a strong first impression upon arrival.
The room insulation was inadequate. I could hear every footstep and creak from the couple upstairs throughout the night. The room I booked was small and cramped.

Fantastic Seaside Stay!!!
quiet street friendly staff early check-in spacious room
The hotel is on a quiet street close to the beach. The staff helped with luggage, which I really appreciated. I was accommodated with an early check-in too. The room was spacious, and it was very clean.
The fridge in my room did not work, a minor inconvenience. The sound insulation from the upstairs room was lacking. I heard every footstep and creak throughout the night. I found it a bit annoying.

smaller room sound insulation
the room was very clean and well appointed.
i was disappointed with the room i booked , it was smaller than i expected. the fridge did not work , it was a minor issue , but still a letdown. i also noticed the sound insulation was not great, i could hear noises from other rooms.

fantastic stay
welcome drink comfy bed crisp sheets
i booked direct with the hotel and received a welcome drink. a staff member greeted us and showed us to our room. the room had a comfy bed, crisp sheets, and a mini fridge stocked with water.
the room sound insulation was non existent. i could hear every footstep from the room above throughout the night.
